Our Chicago servers are located within the Sever Central Network in the Equinix IBX Center in Chicago, IL.   Equinix IBX centers provide a minimum N+1 redundancy for every IBX power system, delivering more than 99.9% uptime availability.  As demand for power and cooling continues to increase, Equinix’s robust Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is a key differentiating feature of the premium infrastructure at its IBX centers.  In the event of a fire, flood or earthquake, Equinix IBX centers are built with robust detection, suppression and preventive systems designed to minimize and prevent disruption to your operations.  The physical security of the Equinix IBX center is their highest operational priority, which has led to to them known as the “the Fort Knox of the Internet.”


Los Angeles Data Center

Our Los Angeles servers are located at the Telecom Center carrier hotel in downtown Los Angeles, CA. Telecom Center LA is located directly adjacent to the One Wilshire Building, the largest carrier hotel in the Western United States.on the corner of 6th and Grand in the heart of the "Telecom District," in Downtown Los Angeles. South Grand Avenue is the main corridor for optical fiber cable in the downtown area making it the prime location for Carrier Hotels. Within the Telcom Center, abundant cooling capacity is provided by 500 Ton redundant HVAC central plant, consisting of two-250 Ton Cooling Towers, Heat Exchanges and Water Pumps. The system is backed up with generator power. In addition, the electrical systems are backed up by three 2000KW diesel generators, each with their own fuel tank.
